Deborah Kerr is a forgotten name when it comes to Hollywood royalty, but she’s been in some of the most iconic films which include An Affair to Remember, From Here to Eternity, and The King and I, and Casino Royale just to name a few. She was most famous in the 1950s when she came out with a movie a year basically and then was known as being the oldest Bond girl when Casino Royale came out in 1967. She was 46 years old!
Last night was my second time watching An Affair to Remember. I had forgotten just how romantic and sad that movie truly is. I think the ending of that movie will make me cry every time I watch it. It has thus far. Another famous film, From Here to Eternity, has been on my must-see list, but I have not gotten around to seeing it yet. I’m dying to see the love seen at the beach. Hopefully during my month-long winter break I’ll get a chance to watch it.
